Refund policy

For whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, you will have 14 days to receive a full refund or an exchange. Please email: home@swaynnatural.com with your full name and order number.

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Swayn Natural. When returning items, we advise using a tracked service and ask for a proof of postage. Swayn Natural will provide a refund within 14 working days, subject to the product being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered to you.
